The rubber bushing of the tension rod has been replaced with pillow balls (spherical bearing) in all TEIN’s Pillow Ball Tension Rod to eliminate tow change through compliance on acceleration or deceleration and allow only for vertical movement by the lower – arms. It also reduces the roll at corners and creates quicker steering response.

In addition, the wheel alignment (caster angle) can be set through adjustments.

• Machine structured carbon steel – S45C – has been adopted for the Tension Rod.
• High tension material SCM435 has been used for the bolt. As it is already pressed in the rod, installation time has been reduced.
• Pillow Collar is structured carbon steel – S45C – has been adopted for the material with high anti – corrode nickel – plated.
• There is 10mm adjustment width on the lock nut. The original setting is at the center, so adjustment can be made on the range of / 5mm (/ 15mm for those with turn buckle).

Returns: Defective and Damaged Merchandise

Defective and freight damaged merchandise (but only where kwsuspensionstore.com.com is providing shipment) may be returned to kwsuspensionstore.com.com for full credit, but only upon verification by kwsuspensionstore.com.com of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by kwsuspensionstore.com.com Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.

Returns,Exchanges: Good Merchandise

Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by kwsuspensionstore.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:

1. Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from kwsuspensionstore.com Accepted return will be assessed a 25% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.

2.  Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your kwsuspensionstore.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge, except that kwsuspensionstore.com merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.

3.  Merchandise classified by kwsuspensionstore.com  as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.

4.  Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.

5.  Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.

6.  Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by kwsuspensionstore.com for any good merchandise return or exchanges.

7.  Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 15 calendar days after the ship date indicated by kwsuspensionstore.com

8.  Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.

9.  Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
